any unique ideas for a christmas gift exchange?
for the past two years we have drawed names and bought for that person. also we have have bingo and other games and won a gift. none of which has reallly worked well with our family,,is there any other ideas out there? thanks 
Have everyone chip in a few bucks and give a donation to a local charity in the family’s name or make a meal together for the homeless shelter near you. Sometimes spending time together doing good things can be a unique present.

Draw names but instead of a gift tag write why the person was naughty or nice. Then have Santa come in and deliver the gifts while reading the little cards about the people.

I dun see why the drawing names out of a hat for each other didn’t work out.
Depending on your family, like the other gal said, making a meal for a homeless shelter, you would be suprosed in how good thta would make you feel when you see there faces.
